‘Outside Westminster’ began in Oct 2018 with the aim of chronicling ‘Brexit’ by capturing the ‘for’ and ‘against’ protests stationed outside Westminster. It now ecompanses any protest 'Outside Westminster'. Listening to the protestors personal stories whilst I photographed shifted my interest more towards the individual people and the lengths they go to fight for causes they deeply believe in. The aim was (and still is) not to present any political views nor the various ‘for’ and ‘against’ arguments surrounding each campaign, but to capture events, actions, causes and especially the people involved.
